Learn Japanese - Play & read hiragana Kids stories Vol.1

Learn Japanese - Play & read hiragana Kids stories Vol.1

A series of picture books aimed toward little kids to help them read. Three children's stories are included in each title, and can be read in Japanese or in Japanese and English side by side. Oekaki (drawing), a keyboard to play melodies, and a puzzle game are also included.
Volume 1 contains Momotarou, Peter Pan, and The City Mouse and the Country Mouse.

Three stories have a Japanese language mode and English language mode. ( englisch + japanese voice and text ! ) The Picturebook pages are interactive. The Text is in the top. You can use the stylus to touch on the screen to make different things move around and sounds activate. In special areas a bunny with a microphone will come out in the touch screen area and you can speak (anything) into the mic to make some sort of action happen.
Like with using the stylus only the input is sound. you can mute the storyteller, and read to yourself. Using the on-screen commands to turn the pages, or using the L and R buttons, in a right to left style. (so pressing the L button moves the story forward)
The other features of this title is a puzzlegame and a musicgame ( play piano ) and drawing board.
The Pianogame gives you a simple keyboard to peck out a tune with, also including a record and playback.
The last feature is the drawing pad. Plenty of your basic colors to choose from.
This is a nice title practice my reading japanese hiragana ( listen and read ) while
you also can see the translation in english same time.

Japanese for Busy People Kana Workbook

Japanese for Busy People I
Kana Workbook

The Kana Workbook teaches the reading and writing of the two most basic Japanese scripts, hiragana and katakana. These scripts are used all the time in written Japanese, and a mastery of them is essential for those who wish to study the language at any level above survival. As such, the book serves as a prerequisite to both Japanese for Busy People I: Kana Version and Japanese for Busy People II, and it is also recommended as review for those who have learned kana before but have forgotten some of the basics.
This completely revised workbook features:
Lots of practice in recognition, reading, and writing;
Fun, picture-dictionary-like illustrations that help students build their vocabularies;
A bonus section introducing basic kanji
.

Japanese for Busy People I

Japanese for Busy People I

When Japanese for Busy People I was first published in 1984, many non-native learners, particularly frorn non-kanji cultures, considered Japanese one of the world's most difficult languages because of its seemingly inaccessible writing systern. Japanese for Busy People was designed especially for such learners-be they businessrnen frorn English-speaking countries or 2nd-language from other parts of the world - people wished to learn natural, spoken Japanese as effectively as possible in a limited amount of time. To this end, romanized Japanese was included in the Japanese for Busy People series so that learners both inside and outside Japan, as well as non-native instructors, could use the textbook to its fu11 extent without the need to read Japanese script. As a measure, however, kana and kanji were progressively introduced through volurnes I to III.

How to Tell the Difference between Japanese Particles Ebook

How to Tell the Difference between Japanese Particles

Particles are one of the most difficult aspects of the Japanese language. This is precisely why there are a good number of books on the market dealing with the subject. Most of these books take up particles as independent entities, so that after having studied them, students are, if all goes well, familiar with the functions of the individual particles. One unfortunate side to this approach is that some of the particles share the same functions (but with slight differences), and so even though students may have grasped the general nature of each particle, they are not sure about the differences between the particles that have similar functions.
